I’m scheduled for a test such as
MRI, CT Scan, nerve test, ultrasound, etc…

These often require a prior authorization from your insurance company and can take 1-14 business days to complete. We send an electronic order to our schedulers and they will contact you to schedule.

You will be given the surgery schedulers information at your appointment as well as instructions regarding making another appointment to review your results or if you will be called by your physician’s team to discuss the results and plan.

   I’m scheduled for surgery,
   now what?

You will be contacted by a nurse from the facility you are having your surgery at. They will give you specific instructions on your check-in time for your procedure, medications to discontinue or continue to take, and possibly set you up for a PAC appointment if this is necessary.
